Senior Building Control Surveyor

A brand new opportunity has been created for a Senior/Building Control Surveyor to join our clients team based in West Midlands (minimum RBI 2A but higher RBI classed preferred) on a long term contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both Domestic and/or Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available).

This role is exclusive with Confido and is with a client that we have a great relationship with, so I can safely say that you will be working under a great manager and joining a Building Control team that is in good shape

* £55- £60/hr DOE

* Initial 6-month contract

* Outside IR35 a possibility

* Full or part time available
