THE POSITION: Document Controller
Contractor/ Developer is looking for a document controller for a role that is both challenging and rewarding. They have fantastic national growth plans, so now is a great time to join them.
Their South Division are currently looking for a Document Controller to join the office in Southampton
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Providing administrative support and document control duties.
Copying and distributing design packs, tender documentation and other enquiries and information related to consultancy, tendering and external parties.
Liaising with subcontractors, clients and workers on a day to day basis.
Distributing and organising high volumes of technical documentation.
Setting up and removing users and updating distribution lists to ensure the right people have appropriate access.
To be successful within this role :
Methodical person with outstanding organisational skills.
You should have good working knowledge of Office, Word, Excel and some form of document control system.
You will also have some previous experience of document control in a technical environment, ideally construction
