Social Value Coordinator – Main Contractor
My client is a main contractor based in the West Midlands. Due to ongoing long-term projects and the expansion of new ones, they are currently looking for a Social Value Coordinator to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference and wants to be part of a company that takes its social responsibilities seriously. It requires 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the planning and delivery of social value activities across live projects
Working with site teams, subcontractors, and local partners to ensure the company's commitments – such as jobs, apprenticeships, school visits, and volunteering are met
Keeping accurate records of outcomes and feeding into client reports and internal updates
Helping prepare social value content for bids and tenders
Building strong links with local schools, community organisations, and employment providers
Promoting the importance of social value across the businessTo Apply:
