Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector)

A brand new opportunity has been created for a Senior/Building Control to join our clients team based in Surrey (minimum RBI 2E/F) on a long term contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both Domestic and/or Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible, whether you want to work from home or the office (hybrid available). Workload is carefully managed to ensure each Surveyor has a sustainable work-life balance.

* £60- £65/hr DOE

* Initial 6-month contract

* Outside IR35 a possibility

* Full or part time available
