This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Project/Contracts Manager to take the reins across bespoke residential sites in Wiltshire — including a one-off contract build and two barn conversions. You’ll bring deep construction expertise and a team-first mindset, helping us deliver high-spec housing with precision and care.
Experience
Experience across new builds, listed buildings, conversions 3 years minimum in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of traditional masonry builds Familiar with JCT contracts and structural warranties SMSTS certified; IT-literate (Word, Excel, MS Project) Clear communicator and effective leader
Job Responsibilities
* Manage 3–4 live developments from pre-con to handover
* Coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
* Maintain site programmes; report progress weekly/monthly
* Uphold H&S standards, set up CDM, ensure planning compliance
* Oversee budgets, procurement, and build quality
* Liaise with Building Control, NHBC/LABC, and statutory bodies
* Support neighbouring residents and internal sales/aftercare teams
