We're hiring a Construction Delivery Management Lead – Assurance to join our expanding project delivery team. This role is vital in ensuring robust compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, with a particular focus on Principal Designer assurance across the entire project lifecycle.

Primary Scope Focus
* Lead and deliver assurance of compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations across all phases of construction.
* Engage with Principal Designers and Contractors to ensure clear, practical application of CDM requirements.
* Develop, implement, and manage strategic CDM and Design Risk Management policies.
* Provide independent challenge and oversight to safety arrangements and risk mitigation.
* Support a proactive safety culture in high-risk construction environments.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (or equivalent).
* Chartered status (or working towards it) – CMIOSH, CMaPS or similar.
* Demonstrable experience in CDM leadership within large, complex construction environments.
* Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and Principal Designer responsibilities.
* Experience in a nuclear, infrastructure, or major project environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
