Candidate Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the team during planning phases to establish clear quality benchmarks, standards, and procedures.

* Policy Compliance & Enforcement: Review project documentation (drawings, specifications, and schedules) ensuring alignment with relevant regulations, company policies, and best practices. Keeping accurate records.

* Risk Assessment: Identify potential construction and quality risks during the planning and recommend mitigation measures

* Design Review: Provide input during the designing to highlight practical / compliance concerns and ensure designs align with buildability and quality goals

* On-Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards

* Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials used on-site, ensuring they meet project requirements and are installed correctly

* Liaison with Stakeholders: Act as the key quality representative between the client, subcontractors, and client representatives, ensuring clear communication of expectations and feedback. Prepare and present detailed reports on quality, progress, and any on-site issues, ensuring senior management is informed. Provide guidance to site teams and subcontractors to ensure implementation of best practices and adherence to quality standards

* Post-Construction Evaluation: Handover Inspections, Snagging and contribute to post-project reviews, sharing insights on quality control improvements for future projects

* Health and Safety

* Following company guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure all colleagues and customers are always treated fairly and with respect

* ISO – Support and comply with internal policies and procedures and the standards of ISO

Candidate Qualification Requirements:

* SMSTS

* CSCS card

* 3-day First Aid

* Degree in Construction management, Building Surveying, or related field

* Professional accreditation / membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g. CIOB, RICS, ICWCI etc.) preferred but not essential
