Project Manager
We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established commercial contractor based in Bristol. This role involves overseeing multiple small-to-medium-sized construction projects across the South West, ranging from £50K to £1 million in value.
You’ll be responsible for managing 3–4 live sites at a time, delivering fit-outs, refurbishments, and small new-build schemes in sectors such as office, retail, and light industrial. This is a permanent position offering a long-term career opportunity with a growing business that values hands-on leadership and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activity across multiple commercial / multi disciplinary led projects

Oversee subcontractors, site teams, schedules, and budgets
*
Ensure health & safety compliance on all sites
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
*
Report progress and resolve issues proactively
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
*
Ability to manage multiple small to medium contracts simultaneously
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
*
Full UK driving licence
