Repair Planner
Our client is expanding its support in the social housing sector, with a focus on roofing repairs. We’re looking for a proactive Repairs Coordinator to manage roofing-related maintenance requests across residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule roofing repairs (leaks, damage, guttering, etc.).
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and housing partners to arrange works.
* Track jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality completion.
* Maintain accurate records using repair/job management systems.
* Prioritise urgent works and monitor contractor performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in social housing or property repairs coordination.
* Roofing knowledge or experience is a strong advantage.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Familiarity with housing repair systems (one serve) is a plus.
