About the opportunity:
As a Quality Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring developments meet the highest standards of build quality and compliance. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to embed a quality-first culture across all projects.
This role will be site-focused and requires proven experience with Field View software, as it’s central to their quality and compliance process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive quality assurance across all sites, from groundworks to final handover
* Regular site inspections to ensure compliance with build specs, regulations, and client expectations
* Lead Field View implementation and reporting; support site teams in best practices
* Identify and address defects early, reducing snagging and post-completion issues
* Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Managers to resolve technical issues
* Prepare quality reports and recommend improvements
* Conduct training and toolbox talks relating to quality standards
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £70k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be further company benefits including car allowance, bonus, private medical cover and enhanced pension.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in residential construction
* Strong knowledge of NHBC/LABC standards, Building Regulations, and construction best practices
* Solid understanding of Field View (essential)
* Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
