Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with facade experience looking for your next contract opportunity?
We're working with a leading specialist contractor delivering high-profile facade packages across London – covering social housing upgrades, recladding schemes, and new build developments.

They’re looking to bring in Assistant QS, Project QS, and Senior QS level professionals to support a growing pipeline of work. If you have experience with external envelope or facade projects and are looking for a new contract with flexibility and longevity, we’d love to speak with you.

Role Overview:

Commercial management of facade works across multiple live projects
Involvement from procurement through to final account
Cost reporting, valuations, and change management
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Support from a wider commercial team with opportunities to progress within the business
We’re looking for candidates with:
A background in facade works (e.g. cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen systems)
Experience in social housing, recladding, or new build projects
Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
The ability to work independently or support as part of a team
Available for work in London and open to site visits
