Our client is a fast-growing, service-driven construction company delivering high-quality recladding and façade solutions across the UK. They are committed to excellence, innovation, and safety, working with leading developers, main contractors, and clients to provide compliant, durable, and aesthetically superior building envelopes. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Facade Manager to lead our site operations across South and West London.
Role Overview
The Senior Facade Manager will oversee the successful delivery of their facade projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a driven individual with deep technical knowledge of cladding systems and facade works, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead façade installation projects from pre-start to handover across multiple sites
– Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely and efficiently
– Liaise closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, and companies internal departments
– Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety standards and companies QA protocols
– Review and coordinate technical drawings, RAMS, logistics, and material deliveries
– Monitor progress, programme, and costs, reporting regularly to the contracts manager.
– Resolve on-site issues swiftly and professionally to minimise disruption or delay
– Mentor and support Site Supervisors, and Operatives
– Attend client meetings and represent company to a high professional standard
– Uphold company values of integrity, quality, and service excellence
Requirements
– Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing façade/cladding projects
– Strong technical knowledge of rainscreen systems, fire remediation and access solutions
– Proven track record delivering projects valued between £500k–£5m
– Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
– Thorough understanding of H&S, CDM 2015, and façade compliance regulations
– CSCS (Black or Gold card)
– SMSTS
– First Aid qualified
– Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across South and West London
Desirable
– Experience with Procore or similar project management software
– NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent
– Knowledge of TG20:21, SG4:22, and scaffold coordination
– Previous experience in recladding/fire remediation contracts is a strong advantage
