About the Role:

As the Health & Safety Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of health, safety, and compliance across the site. You’ll work closely with operational teams to ensure a safe working environment and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain H&S policies, procedures, and systems.

*

Conduct risk assessments and ensure all necessary control measures are in place.

*

Lead incident investigations and follow up with corrective actions.

*

Ensure compliance with current H&S legislation and industry best practices.

*

Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff across all levels.

*

Support internal and external audits.

*

Champion a positive health & safety culture throughout the business.

About You:

*

NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum); Diploma or equivalent (desirable).

*

Proven experience in a similar H&S management role, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings.

*

Up-to-date knowledge of UK health & safety regulations.

*

Strong communication and leadership skills.

*

Ability to influence and engage with teams at all levels.
