They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist with previous experience of job running to lead on a range of projects for their Loughborough studio.

Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspectionsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

BSc within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit and Sketchup
Experience managing projects within the leisure and education sectors
Job running experience is essential
Excellent technical and drawing skills
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
