This is an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit, fast-growing consultancy working across an exciting range of industrial, educational, residential, and international infrastructure projects with a wide variety of values from £500K to £120M+.

You'll work closely with senior surveyors on tasks ranging from measurement and valuations to client meetings and cost planning. The firm places a strong emphasis on internal promotion so as their workload grows, so will your responsibilities and position within the company.

The ideal candidate will be confident and eager to progress, with some practical quantity surveying experience as well as a full UK drivers licence.

The Role:

· Assist senior QS team with measurements, valuations and cost planning
· Liaise with design teams, clients and contractors
· Attend site visits, team meetings and client briefings
· Prepare reports and support commercial management
· Support project delivery across varied sectors and values

The Person:

· 1-3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
· Excellent communication and client-facing skills
· Strong team player with technical confidence
· Able to commute to Maidstone with full UK driver's licence
