Senior Contracts Manager – Fit out

A dynamic fit-out and construction company in Northampton is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to be based at their office in Northampton with site visits.

With 25 years experience in the industry, our client delivers high specification fit out and construction projects throughout the UK

They are a Principal Contractor who focus on commercial interiors, retail interiors, high end retail, restaurants and hospitality, and exhibitions.

Largest scheme to date was £16m, current projects are between £1-4m

They operate nationwide so you must be willing to travel.

The role:

This is a key role, and they are looking due to company growth / the need to streamline the business.

The successful candidate will be keen to progress to board level.

Duties will include:

·Managing numerous projects from pre-construction stage through to completion
·Managing both directly employed labour as well as sub-contractors to deliver projects within budget and time allowances
·Use of Microsoft Project to produce programmes of work and project plans
·Developing and implementing contract management strategies and processes
·Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
·Reports to Operations Director who is based at Head Office

Senior Contracts Manager – The Right Person

You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record working on fast paced schemes in a comparable sector.

You will be driven, ambitious, and looking to progress.
