Quantity Surveyor outside IR35

Are you currently working as a Quantity Surveyor, based in the North West with a strong understanding of NEC form of contract?

Do you have experience working on large scale construction projects, capable of working to deadlines and delivering high quality work?

We currently have a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor, this is an outside IR35 contract.

They are looking for a hands on Project/Senior level quantity surveyor, someone with a “can do” attitude.

If you are currently working as a contract Quantity Surveyor and based in the Manchester area, an immediate start, generous day rate and long term work is available.

Role Requirements:

* You will currently be working as a Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction/engineering sector.

* A proven track record working under NEC form of contract, this is essential for the position.

* They are looking for a hands on Quantity Surveyor who is prepared to do the work and deliver, this is not a management position they require someone who can produce high quality work day to day.

* You will need to be based in the North West of England (commutable to the Manchester area) and happy to attend head office 3 days per week.

* A UK driving licence and ability to obtain baseline level clearance.

* Capable of working as part of a dynamic project team.

In return you will receive a generous day rate as an outside IR35 contractor, they can offer ongoing work.
