The Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of 15 specialists, delivering exciting projects across healthcare, education, commercial, residential, defence, and heritage sectors, with values ranging from £1m to £500m.

This consultancy is known for its people-first culture, offering a flat structure, genuine career progression, and a flexible hybrid working model (2-3 days in the office). You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, develop key client relationships, and become a trusted leader within a forward-thinking, industry-renowned business.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in cost management. You should have:

A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
Pre and Post Contract Experience
Previous experience working on projects from inception to completion
MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towardsIn Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£45,000 – £55,000
