Are you a people person who enjoys solving problems and making a difference in your community?

TSR are currently looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our clients growing team. You'll support residents during property works and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

✅ What You'll Do:

Be the key contact for residents throughout works

Communicate via phone, email, and in-person visits

Handle questions, complaints, and access arrangements

Coordinate appointments for contractors and trades

Attend site visits, resident meetings, and coffee mornings

Collect feedback and maintain KPI records in Excel

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Organised, punctual, and adaptable

Basic IT skills (email, Excel, etc.)

Ability to drive and use of your own vehicle

Right to work in the UK (DBS check provided)
