Role: Senior Project Manager – FM/M&E Projects
Location: North of England & Scotland
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent | Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00
Salary & Package:
£75,000 base salary
£5,200 car allowance
Expenses reimbursed fortnightly

We're working with a high-profile FM provider on a prestigious national contract, seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex FM and M&E building projects across a portfolio of live, operational sites in the North of England and Scotland.
This role offers the chance to step into a programme with real visibility, long-term stability, and significant investment where you'll lead a team and deliver meaningful change across essential infrastructure.
The Role:
Lead the successful delivery of FM project works across multiple high-profile client locations.
Manage operational and financial performance (P&L responsibility), ensuring value for money and quality standards.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships through Key Account Management principles.
Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time delivery.
Conduct site audits and inspections; close out actions in line with compliance and HSEQ standards.
Engage in tender activities and develop commercially viable solutions with supply chain partners.
Own and implement project programmes, mobilisation plans, and post-delivery reviews.
Uphold organisational standards across HSEQ, HR, finance, and ethics.
About You:
Proven Senior Project Manager experience in FM / M&E sectors.
Strong understanding of H&S, CDM regulations, RIBA stages, design liability and the tender process.
Comfortable leading high-value, multi-site projects with complex stakeholders.
Highly capable in project financials and performance reporting.
Confident using MS Project, Power BI, Visio and similar tools (Simpro, Revit, BIM – desirable).
Experienced in managing large operational teams, coaching others, and driving positive change.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Prince2 / APM / PMP qualification
NVQ Level 4+ or City & Guilds in FM, Construction or Engineering
IOSH certification
Desirable:
Degree or MBA in Project or Business Management
NEBOSH / SMSTS / CSCS Black Card
CMI Level 5 in Leadership & Management
CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act training
