A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term contract on a live university campus in Leeds. The project involves refurbishment and internal upgrades within an operational environment, requiring a strong focus on health & safety and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management
*
Maintain strict health & safety protocols in a live environment
*
Liaise with project stakeholders including university representatives and internal teams
*
Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
*
Ensure high-quality standards and compliance across all works
Requirements:
*
Demonstrable experience managing live-site refurbishment projects
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (all essential)
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Previous experience in the education or healthcare sector desirable
*
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
