Bid Coordinator/Writer, South Devon
Salary: £35k-£45k per annum plus companies benefits
Role: An exciting opportunity for Bid Coordinator/Writer to join a successful and award-winning main contractor who work across Devon, Somerset and Dorset on public sector and commercial build and refurbishment projects up to £35m in value.
Key duties include
Managing the end-to-end bid process, co-ordinating input from estimators, planners, project managers, and directors.
Write clear, concise and persuasive content for PQQs, ITTs, and capability statements.
Develop and maintain a library of case studies, C.V.’s, technical responses, and template documents.
Ensure that submissions are well-structured, visually appealing and fully compliant with client requirements.
Review and analyse tender documents, identifying key win themes and submission strategies.
Support lessons learned and continuous improvement across the bid function. Individual: This would suit someone already working within a construction company in either a Bid Writer/Bid Coordinator role or could suit someone working within the construction industry who wants to get into Bid Coordination. Candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Used to working to tight deadlines
Working well within a team
Able to work in the office five days a week.
Adobe InDesign – advantageous
Good with IT and Microsoft office
