An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy based in Central London. Working from a vibrant Covent Garden office, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of high-value residential schemes for high-net-worth private clients across London and the South East.
The successful Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing bespoke projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial success.

The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead on a portfolio of high-end residential projects, taking full ownership of programme delivery, client liaison, and contractor coordination.
Responsibilities include:
Driving project success through effective programme management and procurement planning
Conducting regular site visits and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Managing financial performance and reporting to Directors
Overseeing project handovers and addressing any client issues with professionalism
Supporting health and safety compliance and sustainability initiatives
Contributing to business development through relationship-building and marketing efforts
The Senior Project Manager
The ideal Senior Project Manager will bring:
Proven experience managing residential construction projects, ideally in the high-end or bespoke sector
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a client-first approach
Solid knowledge of programme delivery, procurement, and financial management
MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar professional qualifications would be ideal
A full UK driving licence
