Senior Project Manager

Our client is a leading Civil Engineering and Construction company, delivering design-and-build projects with clients in the water sector and beyond, across the UK. They pride themselves on client relationships which results in repeat business on long term frameworks.

Job Description

We require Senior Project Managers to join their delivery team for their United Utilities design and build water/wastewater treatment framework with projects ranging from £5m – £100m. You will be joining a growing collaborative team with a great reputation in the UK Civil Engineering industry.

Ideally you will have previous non-infrastructure water experience, but they could consider candidates from a heavy civil/construction design and build background who has worked on large scale projects.

Responsibilities:

* Overall responsibility for ensuring our projects is completed on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

* Control all aspects of programmes ensuring systems, policies and procedures are fully adhered to.

* Managing the project lifecycle from end to end: through mobilisation, delivery through to completion and handover.

* Leading a team of site managers to ensure successful execution of the programme.

* Overall responsibility for commercial and programme delivery whilst ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience required.

* HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

* Preferably water industry experience but would consider Civil’s/Construction design and build background.

* £70,000 – £85,000
