Aviation Architect – Permanent Role
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Car Allowance
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Aviation Architect to join their Architecture team, leading multi-disciplinary aviation projects and overseeing a small team to ensure exceptional design and delivery.
Aviation Architect Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and specification for projects in line with current regulations and client deliverables
*
Deliver projects across RIBA Stages 0–7, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery
*
Manage project resources, including budget, time, and stakeholder relationships
*
Champion design quality and compliance standards across teams and deliverables
*
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the department’s growth and capability
Aviation Architect Essential Requirements
*
Registered Architect (RIBA/ARB)
*
Proven experience in the aviation sector
*
Strong technical background in design, detailing, and specification writing
*
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D
*
Ability to produce NBS Chorus Specifications
*
In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations
*
Skilled in leading small architectural teams and collaborating within multi-disciplinary project environments
