Our client is a leading main contractor is now undertaking a number of Residential Refurbishment schemes across London.

They are now keen to add a Senior Project Manager to run a project from pre-con through to handover, based from HQ initially before heading over to site.

The project valued at £85m is a residential refurbishment.

The position will report into the Project Director and requires someone who has Tier 1 Main Contracting experience.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading residential developments upto £100m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery. It is essential you have previously worked for a tier 1 main contractor contractor.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £95k – £110k + full package & bonus
