Requirements:

* Degree educated in relevant subject – preferred but not essential

* Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in site or project management within the construction industry

* Main Contractor or private practice/ consultancy background considered

* Experience managing the successful delivery of projects in the Retail sector preferred

* Strong programme management and I.T. skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* High level of organisation and attention to detail

* Client facing with the ability to successfully manage all supply chain partners

* Passion for delivering quality schemes
