A globally recognised construction consultancy is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Lodnon office.
The Building Surveyors' role
Joining the firm's highly regarded National Programmes team, the successful Building Surveyor will support and lead on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail. This diverse portfolio ensures a varied and rewarding workload.
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of professional services, including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer's agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management. The role offers an ideal balance of technical delivery and client-facing engagement.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process.
– Degree in Building Surveying is preferred
– Experience within a similar consultancy environment
– Both project and professional experience
– Able to work independently as well as successfully within a team
