A long-established and reputable architectural practice is seeking experienced Architects or Technologists to join their vibrant team in Northampton. With over 50 years of industry success, the firm works on a wide variety of projects across sectors such as logistics, education, hospitality, R&D, civic, leisure, residential, and more- with values ranging from £500k to over £200m. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
Create detailed drawings and technical designs independently or in teams
Collaborate closely with colleagues while retaining creative control
Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)
Use additional software like AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-Up, InDesign (desirable)Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Architect or Technologist with proven project-running experience
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Proficient in Revit; additional software experience a plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
