About the role of Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful high end residential contractor who have been in the industry for over 30 years. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working full time between office and site. Their office is located in Central London along with the majority of their sites. You will be reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will support you.

Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

Monitoring actual expenses against budget plans while reporting significant price fluctuations and preparing monthly cash flow forecasts
Liaising with customers and third parties on all commercial matters
Negotiating contracts and writing reports detailing costs resulting in your ability to give advice to the teamKey Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

Have experience on high end residential projects is ideal but not essential
