Site Manager opportunity on a residential development in Cambridge. This project will need someone to be responsible for the internals. This package has a combined circa value of £90 million.

This is a Tier 1 contractor who pride themselves on attention to detail and excellent service to their clients. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will be managing the RC frame, shell and core, and the full fit out.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

Heavy experience managing Internals package
Proven track record of completing similar projects
Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage sub-contractors effectively
Black CSCS
SMSTSWe are paying between £300-£330cis per day for the right candidate.
