Role Responsibilities:

Conduct pre and post retrofit inspections on commercial, educational, local government, and residential sites.
Manage a mix of project work and contracted service surveys.
Complete necessary approval paperwork for scheme designs.
Prepare and submit applications for Building Consent and Building Control Approvals.
Perform contract administration duties in line with practice procedures and verification strategies.
Deliver technical reports to developers, local councils, contractors, and internal teams.
Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.

Essential Skills and Experience:

BSc Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying.
Technical expertise in a wide range of commercial and residential works.
Extensive knowledge of building maintenance and diagnostic techniques.
Proficiency in Health and Safety legislation
