Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, the successful Project Manager will play a key role in the coordination and successful delivery of diverse construction projects. Based in London, the role offers exposure to a wide variety of sectors and clients, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and delivering excellence.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will support senior leaders and take responsibility for key aspects of project delivery. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth progress throughout all project stages. The role is ideal for a Project Manager who enjoys a proactive, hands-on approach and is looking to take the next step in a consultancy environment.

Typical duties will include:

Supporting and leading project delivery from inception to completion

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Maintaining programme, cost, and quality control measures

Contributing to client relationship management and business development initiatives

The Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will have:

A relevant degree in construction, engineering, project management, architecture or surveying

Working towards or recently obtained professional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, solution-focused attitude and an eagerness to contribute to team success

Awareness of commercial acumen and client-facing responsibilities
