Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support high-profile joinery and fit-out projects across commercial and residential sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Support senior project managers in planning and delivering multiple joinery and fit-out projects, from inception through to completion.
Coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and material tracking to streamline workflow.
Attend site meetings, track progress, and report on project milestones.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

1 – 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction, fit-out, or joinery industry.
Strong organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Understanding of joinery production processes and on-site installation is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
A relevant qualification in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
