Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor required for successful and growing construction consultancy in Brighton.
Arise Recruit is working with a construction company that specialises in quantity surveying, project management and related services primarily for the hospitality sector – hotels, bars and restaurants. They are an established business with a growing team, increasing 50% in the last 2 years. They are known for their experienced team, personal service, and track record in guiding clients through complex development and refurbishment projects. They work with some of the most high profile clients within the sector, and have a great track record of repeat business, delivering projects up to £10M in value.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working on primarily hospitality projects ranging from £250k – £10m
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage projects throughout their life cycle, undertaking both pre and post-contract duties. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success and maintain a high standard of delivery.
You will be responsible for:

Running projects from concept to completion.
*
Pre and post contract management.
*
Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
*
Producing cost estimates and reports.
*
Advising on procurement strategies.
*
Managing project budgets and timeline.
Requirements:
*
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
*
Considerable experience for either a main contractor, consultant or client side organisation.
*
Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
*
Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledge.
*
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
*
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality projects.
