About the Opportunity

We are working in partnership with a leading real estate and infrastructure consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex data centre developments in the Greater London area.

This is a high-impact role suited to a confident and technically adept professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly manage multiple workstreams-from design coordination through to construction and handover. With data centres remaining at the forefront of critical infrastructure investment, this opportunity offers long-term project continuity and the chance to work with some of the most prestigious clients in the digital real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Full project lifecycle management of data centre developments (hyperscale or colocation experience preferred)
Oversee procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement
Work closely with design consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
Lead progress reporting, programme management, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate health & safety, commissioning, and final client handover
Requirements:

Proven track record delivering complex projects and a desire to work in the data centre sector.
Solid track record in construction project management
Familiarity with complex M&E integration and fast-track delivery models
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or working toward chartership
Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Available to start immediately or at short notice
