We’re working with a multi-award-winning main contractor with a secured pipeline of major work across the Midlands and South West. With a reputation for excellence in education, healthcare, and commercial builds (projects ranging £5m–£30m+), they're seeking a Design Manager to take the lead on exciting new developments.

Lead and coordinate design processes across D&B and traditional build contracts.
Interface with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure compliant and efficient solutions.
Manage design risk, programme, quality, and commercial impact.
Attend design workshops, value engineering sessions, and contribute to winning bids and tenders. We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Coordinator in a main contractor setting.
Strong knowledge of building regs, planning, BIM, and technical detailing.
Sector experience in education, healthcare, or commercial is ideal.
