PROJECT MANAGER – SOCIAL HOUSING REFURBS
Barnsley, South Yorkshire
£55,000 – £60,000 + Package
Permanent – Start ASAP

We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple social housing refurbishment sites throughout Barnsley and surrounding areas. From EWI's to full-scale internal & external overhauls, you'll be the driving force keeping everything on track, on budget, and on time.

You'll be:

Leading site teams and subcontractors across multiple live sites

Managing programme delivery and ensuring works meet compliance & quality standards

Liaising with housing associations and local authorities

Budget monitoring and progress reporting

Troubleshooting and solving site-based challenges before they become headaches!

What You'll Need:

Proven experience managing social housing refurb or planned maintenance projects

Strong organisational skills with a no-fuss, can-do attitude

A knack for building strong site teams and relationships with clients

SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS (black or white)

Clean driving licence (you'll be out and about between sites)
