Architectural Technologist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a leading practice who deliver high quality design services across a range of sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologists to work within the team that delivers medium to large scale multi-unit residential schemes from £5M – £100M+

For this role of Architectural Technologist, you will need 2+ years' post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice as well as a degree within Architectural Technology / Architecture. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and / or REVIT and have good up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning process, as well as working across the later RIBA stages.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Relevant degree

*

2+ years' UK experience

*

Strong post qualification UK experience as an Architectural Technologist

*

ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable

*

Good knowledge of current building regulations

*

Proficiency with AutoCAD

*

Strong technical skill set from RIBA stage 4 onwards

*

Proven ability to produce detailed working drawings from medium to large scale residential projects.

*

Ideally some experience working on projects for PLC housebuilders.

*

Full UK driver's license
