They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician who has a background within the residential sector to join them in their Harrogate studios.

Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
Assist project teams with design development and technical detailing
Prepare and submit building regulation applications
Ensure projects comply with current building regulations and standards
Carry out site visit and undertake project runningSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Proficient with AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
