The Role
 
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll:
– Lead feasibility studies for new sites, delivering clear risk analysis and early cost estimates.
– Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
– Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure project milestones are achieved.
– Oversee national rollouts and refurbishments for well-known brands.
– Build strong client relationships and maintain a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You
 
To be successful in the role of Senior Project Manager, you’ll bring:
– Experience in delivering high-end retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-outs.
– A background in consultancy or client-side project management.
– Strong communication skills with a proactive and flexible approach to challenges.
– Expert knowledge in health & safety legislation; CSCS/SMSTS certificates are desirable.
– Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
