Architectural Technician / Technologist

We have several local Architecture clients throughout Brighton and Hove, and other nearby areas, that are seeking Architectural Technicians and Technologists. The practices we are supporting work across various sectors including, residential, commercial, local authority, education, community, and private and developer clients – All at varying types and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsibility for the production and delivery of technical packages.

* Knowledge and experience of working across all RIBA stages.

* Excellent communication skills within the team, and client facing, incl. on site.

* Establish, implement and maintain technical, CAD and practice standards.

Suitable Architectural Technicians / Technologists will need:

* A degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or related field and 2+ years' post qualification UK experience.

* Keen eye for detailing and excellent construction knowledge.

* In depth knowledge of UK building regulations.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and or REVIT.

* Chartered (CIAT) status preferred but not essential.

* Full UK Driving License is an advantage.
