URGENT REQUIREMENT
My established construction consultancy client is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their growing team on a critical project in Middlesex. This is an exceptional opportunity for a project management professional with data centre or highly technical project experience.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing complex technical construction projects from inception to completion, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery within budget and programme constraints.
Essential Requirements
Proven project management experience within construction/built environment
Data centre experience OR experience managing highly technical/complex projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to commute to Clients office in Middlesex – this is not a remote roleDesirable Experience
M&E project exposure
Critical infrastructure projects
Mission-critical environments
Relevant project management qualifications (APM, PRINCE2, PMP)
Construction/engineering degreeWhat's on Offer
