Mechanical Construction Manager

1 x Mechanical construction manager to work on large scale industrial and commercial projects around the Oxfordshire area.

To work on large infrastructure projects, such as data centres, HS2, commercial industrial, airports – I am seeking someone whom has done these projects to a high standard.

Permanent position on a PAYE Direct basis

The Construction Manager will be site based and have full responsibility for health, safety and welfare for the site operatives. They are required to manage the site installation to the Construction Programme through to project completion including all test and commissioning activities.

The role of the Construction Manager is a key role within the business, the success of the project is dependent on the Construction Manager owning and being responsible for his duties.

We our a M&E Company and as such is trying to promote a multi-disciplined culture across all levels of staff.

The Construction Manager is required to manage and administer the project in accordance with our processes and quality assurance documents and procedures as detailed but limited to that within the Project Flowchart.
