Salary: £35k – £40k (experience depending)
Package: 25 Hols + bank hols, EOT scheme yearly bonuses, wellbeing allowance, working away pay, £40 food allowance, Pension scheme, Pool vans (not used for central London projects).

Overview

My client is a main Design & Build contractor based in Manchester that has rapidly grown over the last few years to offer a mixture of services to their clients including Fitouts, Refurbs, Structural extensions & Small Newbuilds.

They specialise in small/medium design & build projects across the Commercial and Industrial sectors up to £10m.

They are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager with 2-4 years’ experience working for a Commercial Fitout Contractor. Ideally you will have experience assisting on CAT A/B fitouts.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Manager/Contracts Manager
Supporting the day to day running and operations on site
Supporting the management of construction on the project and liaising with sub-contractors
Monitoring health & safety, program and quality using company policies and procedures
Coordinating with a range of professionals i.e. Designers, Consultants
Ensuring delivery of the project onsite to a high quality
