Business Development Manager – Shoring & Formwork 

Location: London & Southeast
Package: Up to £75K OTE (Base £50-60K + uncapped commission + £7K car allowance)

You will manage the full sales cycle within a CapEx model, directly engaging with civil contractors and construction firms, delivering technical and solution-based sales of advanced modular formwork systems and accessories. This role requires autonomy, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to close deals while building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Full territory ownership: develop new business and grow existing accounts

Solution selling of modular formwork and shoring systems to main contractors and civil engineering companies

Conduct site visits, provide project design input, and deliver technical demonstrations

Build a strong pipeline and capitalize on an underleveraged patch worth over £2.3M annually

About You:

Proven experience in CapEx construction sales (technical knowledge an advantage but not essential)

Self-driven, confident, and able to operate independently without heavy supervision

Hungry, ambitious personality with a passion for solution-based selling

Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage and grow a significant sales territory

Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural fit for a nimble, high-performance team environment
