Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

You must be willing to work out of town four nights per week, when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to handover

*

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality

*

Attending client meetings and liaising with key stakeholders

*

Managing project budgets and reporting financial progress

*

Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and project specs

*

Collaborating closely with the electrical and FM teams for integrated delivery

Skills & Experience Required

*

Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within the M&E or construction sector

*

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical plant installations

*

Ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and handle technical challenges

*

Familiarity with project programmes, commercial reporting, and compliance frameworks

*

Good communication and problem-solving skills

*

Full UK driving licence

Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services are preferred but not essential.
