Technical Coordinator
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a quality house builder who have a great opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join their team in the Ringwood area.
The salary is up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a Fantastic Benefits Package.
You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director
Key Responsibilities required for this position include:
* Managing the design of multiple developments at various stages from conception through to completion of varying from 50 to 200 units per site
* Attending meetings with clients and contractors when necessary
* Liaising with the Commercial Department and Construction site teams to provide support
* Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance Plans, Sales Area Layout Drawings and Site Compound Layouts, including POS’s, S38, S104 adoption plans and the like.
* Building relationships with suppliers to maintain quality
* Managing and satisfying regulatory bodies such as Planning and Building Control when required to do so
Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:
* 3 year’s experience working as a Technical Coordinator for a housebuilder
* Experience and knowledge of building regulations, Building Safety Act and current NHBC standards are desirable
* Have a good knowledge and understanding of the civils aspect of the role
* Qualified to degree level or HNC/HND in a technical subject
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving License
* Right to work in the UK
