The Senior CDM Principal Designer's role

You will lead CDM compliance from design to delivery, support junior team members, and offer strategic input across client frameworks. This senior principal designer role demands excellent communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge.

The Senior Principal designer

4+ years' CDM/PD experience (essential)
NEBOSH Construction (essential)
APS or IOSH membership (preferred)
Strong understanding of CDM 2015
