Location: Central London (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £45k – £50k + Package (Car or Car Allowance)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fire, Health and Safety Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide expert consultancy services in both commercial and residential settings, primarily working through management agents.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive fire, health, and safety assessments.
– Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
– Advise management agents on compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the highest safety standards are met.
– Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients.
– Deliver training and workshops on fire, health, and safety topics.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Fire, Health and Safety Consultant.
– Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and health and safety legislation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
– Willingness to travel within London as required.
– Relevant certifications in fire, health, and safety are desirable.
